Admissions process

Apply online with payment or email the application package to Ms. Melany Butcher. · Submit a completed application, non-refundable $250 application processing fee, birth certificate or passport, current immunization record, and a recommendation from a current teacher or principal. · Provide report cards from the past two academic years; Grade 12 applicants must provide Grades 9–11 report cards. · Complete a student interview, parent interview, and entrance assessments in English and Mathematics. · Successful applicants receive a Conditional Offer of Admission. · Secure the place by the acceptance-letter deadline with post-dated tuition cheques, activity fee cheque, registration fee, and a signed and dated Legal Agreement.

Curriculum: The school has two divisions: the Day School uses Cambridge as a foundation for English, mathematics and science through Grade 8; King’s College School offers OSSD courses and Cambridge exam preparation for Grades 9–12.

Sibling discounts: The oldest child pays full tuition; the first sibling receives a 10% tuition discount, and the second and additional siblings receive 15%.

Day School (JK–8)

From kindergarten through Grade 8, Fieldstone Day School uses Cambridge curriculum as a foundation for English, mathematics and science.

King’s College School (Grades 9–12)

The secondary division offers Ontario curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level exam preparation. Specific high-school courses, clubs and outcomes apply only to that division.
